An academy for men, the bedroom and the nights with her
Health & fitness · courses
Her eyes on you across the table. A night where you're sure of yourself. Updraft thinks that's worth a proper course.
Lots of men your age quietly wonder where the spark went, and whether they're still the guy she reaches for. Updraft is a training academy about exactly that: short lessons on the squeeze holds men practise lying down, seated and standing, plus mobility, breathing and a course for the two of you. And a log, so you see your own patterns instead of guessing.

What Updraft believes
Four things it won't budge on. Each comes with a tiny readout from a sample log, because that's how it thinks.
Guessing is exhausting. Numbers are calmer.
Updraft would rather you look at your own log than lie awake wondering. You decide what it means.
Sample week: 6 lessons, 58 min logged
The bedroom is a grown-up subject
Wanting her to reach for you, wanting to feel like the younger guy again. Updraft says it out loud and builds lessons around it.
Course 5 is about the two of you
A lesson fits on a coffee break
Eight to twelve minutes. Read it, practise it, tap done. No hour-long videos.
Median lesson: 9 min
Talking beats hinting
Some lessons end with a question to ask her. Awkward for ten seconds, then usually kind of nice.

How a spreadsheet turned into Updraft
It started as a note on a phone. Then a spreadsheet. Then a guy admitting the spreadsheet had become his favorite thing.
The founder was mid-forties, a bit tired, a bit quiet in bed lately, and fed up with vague advice. So he logged things. Which hold, which position, how many seconds, how many minutes, how the day felt. Just numbers, nobody's opinion.
Friends asked for the sheet. The sheet needed lessons to explain the columns. The lessons needed an order. That order is now Updraft: an academy with a path, short lessons and a log that's yours.
It's still a small company. It still thinks the spreadsheet was the best idea it ever had.

Why the founder still loves the chart
A blank Wednesday on the chart says more than any pep talk. No streak shaming. Just: here's your week, now you choose.
The bedroom course, for two
Course 5 is about the night itself. Her, you, the look that starts it. Explained like a friend would, minus the blushing.
Side by side, facing
Lying on your sides, face to face. The lesson covers pillow height, where arms go, and keeping things unhurried.
Seated, close together
Sitting up against the headboard with a cushion behind your back. About comfort, eye contact and a slow tempo.
Her leading, you propped up
A pillow or two under your hips, her setting the tempo. The lesson is about support and letting her lead.
The talk first
Prompts for a conversation over dinner: what she enjoys, what you'd like to try, what's off the table.
Notes from members
Why they tried it, in their words.
"I'm an engineer. When I saw a chart instead of a cheerleader, I was in. The lessons are short enough that I do them before my first meeting."
Arjun
"Honestly I signed up because I didn't want to google this stuff anymore. Having it in order, course by course, felt less embarrassing."
Omar
"My husband showed me the course for two. We did the talk lesson at the kitchen table and laughed a lot. Nice evening."

Questions, answered short
Who sees my log?
You. It sits in your account, Updraft doesn't share it, and you can wipe it from settings in one tap.
How long does a day take?
One lesson, usually 8 to 12 minutes. Lying down, at a desk, standing at the kitchen counter. Skip a day and nothing breaks.
What if it's not for me?
Write in within 21 days of paying and Updraft sends your money back. No form, no quiz about why.
